Design commissions
A website enquiry does not create a contract. Project scope, fees, payment schedule, timings, revisions, deliverables and usage rights will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
Guide prices
Prices shown on this website are guides only. Final quotations depend on project scope, complexity and deliverables.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to supply and use any names, text, images, logos or other materials provided for a project. The company will not undertake unlicensed or counterfeit branding work.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of final approved work will be set out in the relevant project agreement. Concepts, drafts and unused directions remain protected unless agreed otherwise.
Website content
Fictional portfolio projects are clearly presented as demonstration work. Website information may be updated, but confirmed project terms will be governed by the separate written agreement.
